A RED PERSONALITY

The hallmarks of a RED personality culture are quick decisions, direct answers, and a competitive atmosphere. This culture values solid results and powerful growth. Trust is given to those who are direct and straightforward. People who thrive in this setting tend to be a hard-driving individual who relishes challenges and the thrill of victory. Interpersonal communication may suffer in this culture, however, and those who are less assertive may feel overwhelmed. Also, such a culture may sometimes struggle with a stressful environment.

They are a bottom-line organizers, who place a high value on time. They challenge the status quo. They are innovative, a problem solver and a risk-taker. They are a self-starter who takes the initiative and makes quick, correct decisions.

LIMITATIONS

Red types overstep authority, they are argumentative and dislike routine. They are self-absorbed, find it hard to admit they are wrong and reluctant to delegate. They tend to be bossy and insensitive.

The Red type fears a loss of power, being taken advantage  of, being manipulated,  and ultimately losing Control.
